All orders are made to order. This means there may be some time between placing your order and shipping. I endeavour to do this within 24hrs, but it depends on many factors.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. There are several options available which are listed below. Free shipping is also available on orders over £50, shipped as Tracked 24.

Collect from UCAP Vendetta - HMP Gloucester
If you are and airsoft player that regularly visits UCAP Vendetta, then you can place an order and collect it from the prison site on game days. Please select this option at checkout.
Returns
As products supplied my GhostSniper Laser Engraving are personalised items and custom-made items, a refund is only available if the item is faulty. Please email sales@gsengraving.co.uk if you have a problem with an item.
