I am based in South Wales, but as my equipment is small and portable I operate as a mobile business, which means I can potentially come to you. I frequently visit and operate out of UCAP Vendetta at HMP Gloucester when they are running game days every other Sunday.

Almost any image can be used to engrave, but the outcome will vary depending on material and the amount of detail in the image. The best images are logos and line art images. If you have a detailed image it may be possible to turn it into line art. This usually provides the best outcome on dog tags and key rings. Photos and high quality images are possible but their true detail is sometimes lost or can only be seen at a certain angle. 

The majority of common materials can be engraved, from wood and metal to glass and plastic. Different materials will have a different finish after being engraved. 

Unfortunately no. The laser engraver doesn’t impart any colour onto the material, any change in colour is purely from the material itself. Some materials will have light outcome when engraved while others may have a dark one.

Laser engraving is a permanent modification to your weapon. Any modification done cannot be undone. Please read the following points, proceeding with laser engraving means you agree to the points below.

• Laser engraving burns away at the material to leave the chosen design etched into it. Different materials will have different results. 
• Laser engraving does not colour the design, any colour imparted on the design comes from the item itself. 
• Different materials will take varying amounts of time to engrave, along with the size and detail of the design.
• The item being engraved must be kept still during engraving. I accept no responsibility for the item being moved by the owner or a third party during the process. 
• For personal items being engraved you will be asked to check the design before engraving starts, I will do my best to inform you as to what the outcome of the engraving will be beforehand and it will be your choice to begin or not. I accept no responsibility for engravings that turn out less than desired. 
• Some discolouration may occur around the area being engraved. The majority of the time this can be removed by cleaning with a wet cloth. I accept no responsibility for any permanent discolouration from the process.
• Any aftercare of the product following engraving is solely down to the owner.
• I may take photos of the final product to use on my social media. Please inform me if you do not wish for your items to be photographed.
